*Basic Support: all issues, revisions and requests are responded to within 3-5 business days, with the exception of website being offline, which will be addressed at the earliest possible opportunity.

Standard Website hosting includes up to 5000 monthly visits, 5GB of disk space, 250 GB of bandwidth, 30 days worth of daily backups and an SSL certificate. Click here for Website Hosting Terms & Conditions.
Subscription plans are not available to clients whose sites have not been built by Artizea.
Support or update time does not roll over.
All packages are month to month, with a 3-month minimum commitment, but no long term contract.
Packages are subscription based only, no invoicing.
Additional work is billed at the end of the project or month at the listed discounted hourly rate. Normal invoicing terms apply.
WEBSITE SUBSCRIPTION FAQ
What if I need more hours of updates or support?
Additional time for your website updates, and/or support, consulting or training calls can be added at any time. All additional time will be billed at the discounted hourly rate for all plans.
Can I really cancel at any time?
Of course! Although we hope that you continue maintaining and enhancing your website, we recognize that financial resources may need to be directed towards other pressing concerns. If you need to cancel your subscription, simply email us, and we will promptly terminate your upcoming payment.
None of these plans quite fit what I had in mind, or my budget. Can you customize something for me?
Definitely, feel free to contact us and share your preferences, and we’ll collaborate with you to develop a tailored package that fits your unique requirements.
My website was not built by Artizea, can I still purchase a subscription? plan?
Although these packages were designed specifically for Artizea-built websites, we’re open to new clients who are interested in building a lasting partnership with us.
We will evaluate your website to understand it’s layout, technical stack and updates. We will then provide recommendations to bring your website up to Artizea standards. At this point, a custom monthly subscription plan will created specifically for your website and your particular needs.
There is a one time fee to perform this evaluation, make recommended updates and transfer your site to our hosting platform.
